Founder, One Sisterhood

Shannon Nieman was raised up to be a strong female leader in her community.
Her accomplishments speak to her ability to successfully shatter glass ceilings, while empowering others along the way. As the founder of ONE Sisterhood, a movement that empowers women to become the best version of themselves, she has brought thousands of women and girls around the world together, in-person and online. Additionally, Shannon leads alongside her dad and brother at Abundant Church, celebrating its 50th anniversary next year.

Speaker, Podcaster, and Author

Bianca Juárez is a dynamic Bible teacher, speaker, podcaster, and author dedicated to inspiring a generation with a deep desire for Jesus. As a MexiRican with a passion for faith and purpose, she shares her message through compelling storytelling and unwavering vulnerability.
 
Bianca's life story is a testament to resilience. Overcoming illiteracy until the age of 12, she channeled her determination into writing three impactful books, where she openly discusses personal struggles and God's faithfulness. Her core belief is that while setbacks are inevitable, we are meant to rise again with divine assistance and continue our journey.

As a church planter and lead pastor of Revere Church in Orange County, CA, Bianca is committed to spreading the Gospel both domestically and internationally. Her mission is to inspire others to live with an unquenchable passion for transforming lives through the saving power of Jesus Christ.

Zai Chandler

Zai Chandler is a bold, encouraging, and life-giving leader who serves as one of the senior pastors of Union Church, alongside her husband, Pastor Stephen Chandler. With a passion for helping people discover their God-given destiny and walk in purpose, Pastor Zai has dedicated her life to empowering others to live fulfilled and impactful lives.

With over a decade of pastoral experience, including co-leading Destiny Church for more than 10 years before its evolution into Union Church, Pastor Zai brings wisdom, authenticity, and an anointed voice to every platform she graces. She is known for her heart for people, her compelling teaching, and her ability to connect deeply across generations and cultures.

Pastor Zai resides in Bowie, Maryland with her husband Stephen and their three beautiful children, Zoe, Roman, and Jade.

Lucia Parker is a Latin Grammy and Dove Award nominated recording artist, singer songwriter and Worship Leader. She has always bridged the gap between cultures with her music, collaborating with some of Gospel and CCM’s biggest names. Lucia has toured all of Latin America with her music and has a big impact in the United States as a bilingual artist. Her desire is to unite people of all backgrounds to worship God and feel His presence through the power of music. Lucia Parker is also part of the Grammy Award winning gospel group named Israel and New Breed, who are currently promoting their latest album in Spanish named Coritos Live in New York and about to go on tour. Lucia and her husband Jake are parents to two little miracle twins, Frankie and Coco.

Israel Houghton is a multi-Grammy Award winning worship leader, singer-songwriter, and producer, and the visionary behind the globally acclaimed ensemble Israel & New Breed. He launched New Breed to break down the cultural barriers he saw in contemporary Christian and gospel music, blending gospel, R&B, jazz, pop, and Latin sounds. He has written or co-written some of the most widely sung worship songs of the era, including "Friend of God," "Alpha and Omega," "Again I Say Rejoice," and "Say So." Most recently, the group's Latin worship album Coritos Vol. 1 earned an eighth Grammy nomination and became the first Spanish-language album ever recognized in the Best Contemporary Christian Music Album category. Their mission remains simple: to create music that bridges cultures, languages, and people, inviting everyone into the presence of God.
